College Football and manufacturing parallel each other in many ways – Unexpected high-pressure moments, there is a pride of winning that sometimes is generations deep, the quarterbacking of the right plays to help your team to victory and bringing your best for the good of the team.
Using KCF Technologies Vibration Sensor and Base Station mesh network to send data to our proprietary software, SMARTdiagnosics, we were able to measure and track every seismic moment in Penn States Beaver Stadium when 110,000 fans were reacting to gametime moments. Powered by vibration and college football fans, we call this the KCF ROAR tracker!
Whether we are measuring vibration of Beaver Stadium or measuring the vibration on critical assets in a manufacturing facility, every day we must bring our best.
For all of us,
EVERY DAY IS GAME DAY.
At KCF Technologies, we monitor and optimize critical industrial and manufacturing equipment. But, as the Official Industrial Partner of Penn State University, we’re now tackling a brand new target – the roar generated by the ferocious fans of Penn State Football.
Installed hidden throughout Beaver Stadium lies our monitoring system. Using a series of KCF Technologies’ V3 Vibration sensors and Base Stations to send the data to our cloud software, we are able to track every seismic moment that occurs on Game Day.
Our deep roots within Penn State make Roar Tracker especially exciting to bring to Penn State games. KCF was founded right in Happy Valley by three Penn State Researchers, including our CEO Dr. Jeremy Frank.
